Watch out with maria!! Con cuidado con maria!! Wanted used tire and the ones that are 50 were worse than the one i had so asked to be patched instead. She was there and offered me the one tire the worker had already taken out for 65 wich i saw was way better. I agreed and when it was time to pay she was sharging me 75, i told her she said 65? She was asking me to show me the worker that said that price. I told her it was you, then she says no me and you never talked about prices😂,she went 1 to 100 real quick and that she doesnt play around lol , i couldve seen that one coming by how she was acting. Just saying carefull, for 75 dollars i might as well get a new one for 25 more.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and disorganized. I waited over 30 minutes before they even began working on my car. When I asked for more information about the run-flat tire options, the employee was rude and dismissive instead of being helpful. He told me there were no other options and said that if I didn’t like the price or the tire, I could have the tow truck take my car back. That comment was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. No customer should be spoken to that way. To make matters worse, I was quoted $70 but was charged $75 with no proper explanation….It’s not about the $5 — it’s about integrity and transparency. I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. I will not return, and I strongly recommend others consider going elsewhere. Professionalism, honesty, and basic customer service standards were clearly lacking here.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Please don't even attempt to go to this place. I came in to purchase one tire, the person inspecting my tires said I needed two tires and show me why, great I purchased two tires. As soon as I left I had low tire pressure on the one I was recommended to replace. I assumed it just didn't have any air. I put air in the tire and went home. The next day the tire pressure was low again. I returned to this untrustworthy establishment and was greeted by a lady who said they would need to inspected it. So they did and she said the tire had a patch which I took to get patched elsewhere, since they don't patch tires here....HUH?? I did what? It was my fault for not reading the reviews beforehand and for not fully inspecting the tire and moving forward with it. Please just go elsewhere and save ur money and time. This place isn't trustworthy and don't deserve any business when they are this shady.

My Go to Place for tires. Driving all over I do wear out my vehicle tire treads often so I bring it here for service. Just got two new quality used rear tires installed for $120, price has gone up a little from my previous transactions with them, however their customer service and efficiency makes it worth it and still recommend G & G Tires.
